Loneliness is consequent of the pervasive and desperate attempt to escape and deny aloneness. Much of modern technology is designed to keep you from the richness of aloneness, which is the beauty and gracefulness of intimacy with yourself. You do not need to escape aloneness. Embrace it fully, and in embracing the aloneness, you embrace Oneness with everyone, everything. Aloneness is not avoidance of being with people; aloneness is the opening truly to being with them in the Oneness arising from your Heart to be with the same Oneness arising from their Heart. Embrace thankfully aloneness, and you will discover the aloneness is filled with Communion, which is Life.
